Shipping policy

Maison Àlu’lla does not offer delivery for local orders. All local orders are fulfilled via pickup only. Clients will be notified by email once their order is ready for collection and may collect in person or arrange a courier of their choice.

For international orders, shipping rates and timelines will be communicated at checkout. Maison Àlu’lla is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once an order has been handed over to the courier.
