In the unlikely event of a fault identified upon collection, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup for review.
Shipping
Maison Àlu'lla offers local delivery and in-store collection for orders within Lagos. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Clients opting for collection will be notified by email once their order is ready.
For international orders, shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout. Maison Àlu'lla is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once an order has been handed over to the courier.
Manufacturing
Maison Àlu'lla produces both ready-to-wear and made-to-order pieces. Production and dispatch timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. Every piece, regardless of how it is fulfilled, is crafted with the same standard of intention and care.
